Tasting Note: An exquisite sparkling wine with a fine persistent bead and a gentle mousse. The wine displays rich flavours of cherry and biscuit with floral notes. A medium-bodied sparkling wine,  with structured red berries and apple characters,  it has a superbly balanced length.
