Tasting Notes: Aromas of freshly cut Nashi Pears and apple. This wine is made with 20% malo and 20% new French Oak barrels, resulting in plush and juicy flavours with an elegant, soft, dry finish. Extended aging in tank on yeast lees and in the bottle before release integrates the unique characters of this Pinot Gris over time. The result is a complex wine that rewards  care and patience invested.
