Tasting Note: Sourced 100% from the Tinkler’s family “School Block” in Pokolbin our 2016 Semillon is a prime example of Hunter Valley Semillon. Fresh aromas of lemon and lime on the nose lead to a palate that is vibrant and refreshing. A great line of acid and a beautiful stone fruit finish. A great example of why the Hunter Valley is so famous for Semillon.
