COVID-19 UPDATE: The Wine Pantry is offering contactless delivery during this Pandemic. All orders will be processed as Authorisation To Leave (ATL) until further notice. COVID-19 may impact our delivery times due to the increased pressure on the transport industry and boarder closures. The Wine Pantry is making online shopping safer and more enjoyable.
Delivery charges range from $10 to $20, which is charged at a one off flat rate.
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive email confirmation of your order details. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney via a courier service through Shippit. Occasionally, we will use a third party to deliver orders, if we are unable to complete the delivery within our specified delivery time. Some Wineries may ship direct from their premises to your door using Australia Post. Direct delivery form the Winery may take longer than our normal delivery options.
We endeavour to have orders delivered to your door within 3 to 14 working days.
Please note: These are approximate delivery times and due COVID 19 and extreme weather events (extreme heat, hail, rain etc) and we may not be able to deliver your wine to you that day as the weather may jeopardise the quality of your wine. We will however deliver it to you on the next available day
Delivery of your products will take place Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm. We can deliver to your home address or business.
We do prefer to deliver to your business as an adult signature is required on all deliveries. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery the courier will leave a note for later collection at the nearest collection/delivery centre or Australia Post. When collecting your wine, you must be 18 or over and able to provide relevant documentation to prove this. If the order is not collected within 10 working days, your goods may then be returned to The Wine Pantry where additional handling and freight costs will then be applied to re-delivery requests.
The Wine Pantry will not delivery to anyone under the age of 18 years of age. If there is any doubt of the persons age at the point of delivery, drivers are obliged to ask for photographic ID. If Proof of Age ID is not supplied upon request, then the driver will not be able to leave the wine at that location.
No Signature Required
By ticking the No Signature, you are authorising the courier to leave your goods at the delivery address unattended following your specific delivery instructions. Once the courier has delivered your goods per your instructions, you accept that the order is now complete and received.
The Wine Pantry and associated delivery contractors do not accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of products which result from leaving your goods unattended as per your request to leave your products unattended. By choosing the No Signature Requeired, you agree to release The Wine Pantry from any claim, demands, losses, liabilities, losses and expenses including financial and any other losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other persons as a result of the Authority To Leave Unattended.
