Terms of Sale
By entering your details to make a purchase, you are offering to make a contract to purchase goods from The Wine Pantry ABN 34234462 388. If The Wine Pantry accepts your offer, the goods will be sold on the basis of the terms & conditions set out below.
Sales of Wine through this website are made under the New South Wales Liquor License LIPQ770017122.
You must be 18 years or over to purchase from The Wine Pantry. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed. When placing an order with The Wine Pantry, you confirm that all the personal details that you have provided are true and correct. Any amendments to your order must be made prior to the goods being dispatched. All other amendments made after dispatch will occur additional fees.
There is a minimum order of 1 full case per order.

The payment of your order (including your product and applicable delivery fees) is deducted from your credit card on completion of your order. Your order will not be processed until payment has been validated and received in full. All transaction are processed in Australian Dollars.
All orders will be delivered within 10 working days to customers after payment is received.
The Wine Pantry uses Shippit and Australia Post to deliver our products. Please refer to our shipping page to see delivery Terms & Conditions.
All product pricing on this website ‘The Wine Pantry’ do not include delivery charges. We charge a $10 delivery fee on all orders under $300. There is no delivery charged on orders over $300.
The Wine Pantry endeavour’s to ensure that all products are delivered within 14 working days of the date of the acceptance of the order.
The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18. The Wine Pantry may ask you to produce satisfactory proof of identification and will refuse to deliver products to the recipient if the can not provide the required documentation.
Delivery instructions are required for all orders and all efforts will be made to fulfil these instructions.
All orders are to be made in lots of 12 bottles minimum at a time.
The Wine Pantry may provide Special Offers in relation to our products and services. The Wine Pantry, at anytime, can terminate any special offers without advanced notice.
All specials, promotions, discounted offers that are advertised on The Wine Pantry website are only available whilst stock last unless otherwise advertised.
Competition and Consumer Cosumer Act 2010
Subject to the qualifications contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and all corresponding state and territory legislation, The Wine Pantry’s liability for breach of a condition or warranty implied by that legislation in relation to the products ordered by you from via website is limited to one or more of the following, as determined by CW (in its absolute discretion):
(a) the replacement or resupply of the products again; or
(b) reimbursement of the cost you paid for the products.
