Tasting Note: Lifted and bright aromas of fresh cut lime, kiwi fruit and Asian pears, with hints of passionfruit and a subtle fig tree leaf. A refreshing and vibrant palate with lashings of lime, grapefruit and a mix of tropical fruit. These flavours meld together beautifully with some herbaceous and flinty characters which continue right through to the lengthy finish.
