Tasting Note: A brightly aromatic wine offering great clarity of varietal character. Pear, honeydew, white nectarine, jasmine, honey and cinnamon all intermingle elegantly on the nose. Refined and textural, yet clean and crisp. Fresh ripe pear, nectarine and melon flavours integrate with delicious saline minerality. The finish is long and citrus driven, whilst also savoury, nutty and compelling.
